MONSTER Auto Parts is proud to offer a realistic shipping fee schedule.
Most items ship UPS Ground Service, however some smaller orders
(door handles -  switches) may be shipped thru the US Postal Service via Priority Mail.
The BEST WAY will be determined on an order by order basis.

We have several warehouse locations to serve you.
Our goal is to have your order delivered to you within 3 business days.
This is possible with 98 % of orders shipped. However if you need Next Day Air or Second Day Air service we will be glad to give you a Shipping quote, please call (989) 356-3515 or e-mail us with your shipping needs and information.

Please provide a physical address when placing an order, UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
 
Due to shipper restrictions, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, U.S. Territories or International addresses. At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or CANADA

Due to shipping fees on oversized items all gas tanks / fuel tanks require a $29.95 shipping fee.

  •  Shipping: Upon receiving and approving order, most orders are shipped out within 24 hours (Monday-Friday excluding legal holidays);  shipping time is approximately 2 to 7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays).

  • International Orders: MONSTERAutoParts.com is unable to process any credit cards or checks issued or billed outside of the United States. At this time we are unable to process International orders.
  • P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Boxes: Due to shipper restrictions MONSTERAutoParts.com does not ship to P.O., APO/FPO  Boxes. Please provide a physical address.
Damage From Shipping:

  • KEEP THE BOX, PACKING MATERIALS AND MERCHANDISE.
  • Call us at (989)356-3515 Monday thru Friday. We will file a claim with the shipper and upon settling that claim we will ship another item, this process usually takes 4-10 business days.

    If your shipping information differs from your bill to information, your order may be delayed for verification. Due to shipper restrictions, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, U.S. Territories or international addresses.

    Please note, If you need to cancel an order that has been processed but not yet shipped, a 6% fee will be charged due to fees that are incurred for processing your credit card.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

  • WHAT IS COVERED

    MONSTER Auto Parts offers a Full 1 year Warranty on all of our products. MONSTER Auto Parts guarantees its parts to be free of defects in material and workmanship for One Year on the original purchased item.  If failure should occur, simply call the MONSTER Auto Parts customer service desk to place a warranty claim at (989) 356-3515 Monday thru Friday 11:00am-6:00pm (EST)  Please see our return policy for more information. This Warranty is non transferable, the original purchaser must own the vehicle on which the part is installed. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

    All warranties will be replacement of the same part only.

    This warranty applies to vehicles registered in the 50 United States and normally operated in the 50 United States.
     

  • WHAT IS NOT COVERED

    This warranty does not include any costs involved in installation or replacement of any defective parts nor does it cover failure resulting from accident, damage, abuse or improper installation.

    MONSTER Auto Parts nor Any of its affiliates SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF ITS PARTS.

    Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

    This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.

RETURN POLICY

  • Return Policy
    • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, simply return the item within 30 days of order date for exchange (if available) or a refund of the purchase price less shipping. A restocking fee of up to 15% may be assessed on non-defective parts. The original credit card used for the purchase will be issued the credit once processed. MONSTER Auto Parts cannot issue credit for non-defective items not returned within 30 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
    • Returned parts must be in "as new" re-sellable condition and shipped in their original package and shipping carton. If the original shipping carton is not available, the part must be packaged correctly to ensure safe shipping.

    • Electrical Parts (switches, circuit boards, computers, electronic components) are not returnable.
    • Parts that are in a sealed bag that state "non returnable if opened" are not returnable if the bag  is opened.
    • Damaged or Altered items are not returnable. Alterations include but are not limited to; painting, cutting, removal of studs/mounting bolts/clips/wires or any other part of the item.
    • Cut to fit or Special Order items are not returnable.

    • If you wish to return a part: Please follow the Return Procedure as explained below.

    • Return procedure:

        • Call the MONSTER Auto Parts Customer Service Desk at (989) 356-3515 Monday thru Friday 11:00am-6:00pm (EST) to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) number. Or e-mail info@monsterautoparts.com  (Without an RAN number, our receiving department will refuse your return.)
        • Your RAN number MUST be on the return label.
        • Customer Service will provide you the shipping address to send the returned item. Returns must be sent to the original shipping warehouse location.
        • Refunds will be issued once the parts are received, inspected and processed.
        • Returned parts must be in "as new" re-sellable condition and shipped in their original package and shipping carton. We cannot issue credit for items that arrive damaged or for items that have been installed OR altered in any way. Proper shipping and associated cost, is the responsibility of the customer.

      Credits to the original credit card used for the purchase will be applied upon inspection and processing of the returned item(s) but may not appear on your credit card statement for one or two billing cycles.

       

  • If you received an incorrect part: Call our Customer Service desk at 989) 356-3515 Monday thru Friday 11:00am-6:00pm (EST) to explain the error. We will then ship the replacement part as soon as possible. Your replacement part will be shipped via ground service, we will not ship replacement parts via air service.
     

  • If you refuse Or miss a shipment: Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or in the event continual delivery attempts fail, will be returned to MONSTER Auto Parts and your order will be cancelled. You will be credited for the amount of the sale less a restocking fee up to 15%, less shipping. Please allow 2 weeks for a credit to be issued. It is your responsibility to make adequate arrangements with the shipping company to accept a shipment in the event of a failed delivery.

Deck lid = rear compartment cover also known as trunk lid
DOHC =  Dual overhead cam
DOT = Department Of Transportation
Direct bolt on = product is designed to fit into the original mounting points
Direct plug in = power operated item has a molded connector that is designed to plug into the existing connector
EFI = Electronic Fuel Injected
EOC = Engine Oil Cooler
Fixed design = Item is stationary and does not move (generally associated with mirrors)
Foldaway design = Item has a hinged point that allows it to be folded out of the way (generally associated with mirrors)
FRT  = front
FWD = front wheel drive
HID = High Intensity Discharge
Hatchback = Rear deck lid and rear glass of the car opens to expose cargo and rear seating area
Hollander #
= "Hollander" is an interchange guide used by auto body and repair shops
LH = Left hand (steering wheel is located on left side)

OHV = Over Head Valve
Quarter panel = rear side section of the car commonly referred to as the rear fender.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are these new parts?  Yes they are all new.

How do I tell left from right? Industry standard defines right from left when you are sitting in the car looking forward,
or standing behind the car looking forward.

Do you charge shipping?  Yes, we have a very realistic shipping schedule, please see our shipping rate information. 

Do the parts have instructions for installation?  No they do not, most products are easy to change with a little knowledge of auto repairs.

Can I change the part my self?  We recommend that you have some basic knowledge in auto repair.

How do you ship? We ship most orders via UPS ground however on small orders such as door handles we may use USPS priority mail, Monster Auto Parts will make the determination on an order to order basis.

How long will it take to get my order?  Most orders received before 2:00pm EST are processed the same day, UPS takes 2-5 business days in most cases.

Do you offer the part listed as "black" or "primer" in my color?  No we do not, however most items are paint-able by the customer or a body shop.

Are the parts factory or aftermarket?  The listing will state origin; "Quality aftermarket product" or "OEM replacement".

Will the aftermarket part look and fit the same as original?  Yes, aftermarket companies take great care to duplicate OEM appearances, finishes and fit. 

Is the Hollander # the OEM or dealer number?  No, the Hollander number is an interchange number used in some aspects of the automotive industry and is not the dealer/factory number.

Do you ship internationally?  No, Due to shipper restrictions, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, U.S. Territories or International addresses at this time.

What if I need to return my order?  Please see our return policy.
