Just a note to say thank you for replacing a window regulator for my Dodge Caravan that had broken two weeks after I had installed a new one purchased from you folks. I just wanted to drop you a note and tell you how happy I was with the turn signal switch part that I purchased from you.  My son is a new driver and we purchased a 1995 GMC Jimmy for him.  Of course after we purchased it we had many issues that needed to be fixed that became very costly.  It was a true pleasure to find your site on the internet with the part we needed at a very, very reasonable price.  This same part was offered to us by an auto parts store nearby and a Chevrolet dealership for $200 - $300 more.  We had a friend install it that does auto body and it is working great.  I also called and spoke to someone at your facility about shipping the part quickly and was happy when I received it in 2 days.  The person was very helpful and friendly.  The whole experience was wonderful and I will definitely keep you in mind in the future if we have a need to purchase auto parts.

Just an email to thank you for the service on my recent purchase. Your phrase "wanting to exceed my expectations" was certainly true in this case. I have a 1997 Chevy Tahoe and the inside driver's side door handle broke from ten years of use. My truck has less than 80,000 miles on it and looks like new.  I didn't think I had a chance of finding this part in a million years, other than going to the dealer. Not only did you have the part.
